Meet Elena R. Brandhofer

Elena’s journey in hearing health started young when she was diagnosed with hearing loss at the age of 7.   Growing up with hearing loss herself, Elena is uniquely qualified to help patients on their journey toward a richer, fuller, more confident life through better hearing health. She is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of New York and has been a Hearing Aid Dispenser for over 7 years.

Elena Brandhofer’s dedication to excellence has earned her many awards and recognition over the years including the Store of the Year and Values of Excellence awards for outstanding patient care.  She specializes in Audiological Evaluations, patient counseling and support, fitting, programming, repairing and maintaining hearing aids.

Elena is also an active member of the community and has led learning events for such local charities as the American Heart Association, New York State Nurses Association and the Mid-Hudson Valley Health Alliance.  She is an active member of the International Hearing Society and she regularly attends continuing education programs to keep abreast of advancements in technology within the medical and hearing healthcare industry.
